Piano Teacher
Rachel Wang (王陶) , a passionate and highly experienced piano educator, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from He Nan University and pursued further studies at the China Conservatory of Music. She is certified in both Piano Performance and Music Theory at ABRSM Grade 8, and holds a Certificate of Social Art Level Examination Tutorship from the China Conservatory. Additionally, she is a licensed instructor in the American Music Garden program — an internationally recognized music and movement curriculum for young learners.
With over 20 years of dedicated teaching experience, Rachel has consistently guided 30 to 40 students each year through ABRSM exams with outstanding results. Her deep commitment to music education is matched by her warmth, responsibility, and attentiveness—qualities that have earned her lasting praise from both students and parents. She is known for her creative approach to lesson planning, effective communication, and ability to tailor her teaching to the unique needs of each student.
Rachel’s teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong technical foundation while fostering a genuine love of music. She believes in holistic musical development, and actively engages both students and parents in the learning journey to ensure lasting progress and enthusiasm.
