Guest Final Jury｜Emily Wang｜Global Arts Festival 2025

The Global Arts Festival is an international platform dedicated to young music talents, aiming to create a professional stage for artistic presentation and cultural exchange within a diverse, multicultural context. This year’s competition brings together young musicians from across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, using music as a shared language to encourage cross-cultural understanding and artistic dialogue.

For the final round of this year’s Global Arts Festival 2025, the organizing committee is honored to invite UK-trained piano educator Emily Wang to serve as one of the Final Jury members.

With long-standing involvement in international music education and professional adjudication, Emily Wang brings a solid academic foundation alongside extensive experience in teaching and competition evaluation. She has been invited on numerous occasions to serve as a final-round adjudicator for major music competitions both regionally and internationally.

Notably, students from SoMe Music School were also honored to be invited as Official Image Ambassadors of the Global Arts Festival 2025. Representing young music learners, they participated in and witnessed this international artistic event, showcasing the confidence, dedication and artistic spirit of the new generation of Southeast Asian musicians.

Beyond technical achievement and competition results, the Global Arts Festival places strong emphasis on musical understanding, artistic expression and overall stage presence. Through a professional and fair adjudication system combined with a culturally diverse environment, the festival provides young musicians from different backgrounds with valuable opportunities for learning, exchange and growth.
